2012 Conference Presentations Online for Digital Forensics, Search, Human Language Technology
The first week in October was very exciting at Basis Technology. We held our annual trio of government conferences covering open source digital forensic tools, open source search, and human language technologies October 1-4. The events promoted networking and an environment to learn tips and tricks about the latest technologies from our customers, partners, presenters and employees, making this our best set of conferences ever!
All three conferences increased attendance by over 50% over last year and the Open Source Digital Forensics conference chaired by Brian Carrier PhD sold out. Feedback from attendees was exceptionally positive and included comments such as “I feel so accomplished—I learned so much this week”, “Great presentations”, “Very valuable, so glad I came”, and “A great conference.”
We are pleased with the results of these conferences and are excited about the potential this represents for expanding our relationships within the government sector.
